Military VehiclesA. Long Recovery have long been involved in recovery, repair, restoration, exhibition and trade in military vehicles. We are members of the North London Barmy Army, and are the official recovery service of the War and Peace Show, the largest gathering of military vehicle enthusiasts – and their vehicles – in the world. Many of our recovery vehicles have a military origin, as we have found them unsurpassed for ruggedness, durability, flexibility and capacity in the most demanding situations. |

We restored from near dereliction this WWII DUKW amphibious vehicle, and proved its seaworthiness in Bewl Reservoir (an event covered by BBC Southeast News).
